Mr. Sandhaus has over twenty (20) years of experience as a civil litigator. He has extensive experience handling both ERISA and non-ERISA insurance claims for those whose insurance companies have either denied or terminated benefit payments for disability, medical, and other insurance related matters. His extensive experience includes a highly successful resolution rate (over 90%) of a panoply of extremely complex disability insurance claims during the administrative review process. As a former U.S. Army Captain and seasoned litigator, Mr. Sandhaus will strongly and aggressively fight to obtain a client's rightful benefits from the onset ofthe application for benefits, through the complex administrative review process, and if necessary, to the steps of the appropriate federal or state courthouse where he has successfully resolved nearly 100% of his cases.
