Mr. Sandhaus has nearly twenty (20) years of experience in civil litigation with almost eighteen (18) years of experience prosecuting ERISA and non-ERISA claims for clients whose insurance
companies have either denied or terminated benefit payments for disability, medical and other
insurance related matters. His extensive experience includes successful resolution of a panoply of
extremely complex disability medical claims. As a former U.S. Army Captain, and as a litigator, Mr. Sandhaus
will strongly and aggressively pursue your rights from the onset of an administrative appeal, and, if
necessary, to the steps of the appropriate federal or state courthouse.
